Campofrio Seleccion Steak Tartare

100 g of Campofrío Selección diced ham bits
7 g of pickles
3 g of chives
3 g of mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce
A few drips of Tabasco sauce
4 quail eggs
3 g of capers
10 g of olive oil
4 whole-grain toasts
Baby leaf lettuce.
What do you do?
It’s only going to take 20 minutes, so pay attention!
Mince the chives, pickles and capers.
Put them in a bowl along with the Campofrío Selección diced ham bits.
Add the mustard, Worcester sauce and Tabasco sauce and, finally, the oil.
Blend well.
Spread the ham tartare on the toasts, leaving a small area in the middle for a quail egg yolk. Top off with a few leaves of lettuce and serve.
